Higher Is Waiting is written from Perry’s personal experiences. The book itself is divided into four main sections: Planting, Nourishing, Branching out and Harvesting. Each brief chapter of the book illustrates a lesson, an experience from Perry’s life, and then it closes with a recap, a consideration and often a verse. While labeled a Christian book, Higher Is Waiting is for just about anyone who desires even more from life and who wants to take control and understand their life experience.
In Higher Is Waiting, Mr. Perry shares his own story with readers – his struggles with money, abuse, his career, his dreams, and his unwavering love for his mother. He never gave up on his dream and no matter where others are in their journey or the climb, he encourages others to do the same.
I have not had a chance to read Higher Is Waiting yet as my copy just arrived today, but I have read the reviews of others and I know it’s going to be a great book full of laughter and tears at the same time.
