Time to Rebrand and Get Back to What’s Real

A Time to Rebrand and Get Back to Whats Real

It feels like it’s been quite some time since I’ve talked about my most intimate thoughts. The initial Mission of My Girly Parts was to keep things real and discuss all things related to women. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line I got distracted and took MGP to a place that didn’t quite feel like home for me anymore.

It’s been long overdue, but I’m taking us back to what’s real.

Time to Rebrand

You may notice that my subheader is now “Strolling through Mid-Life with my Girlies”. It’s time to rebrand MGP and make it all about us, ladies. (No offense to my male readers.)

As I near 50, I can’t help but think of all the changes I have been through over the past few years. Trust me, I know I’m not alone. Several of you have become my close friends, my confidants, and I know you too are going through changes.

Let’s get back to talking about those changes.

  • Lifestyle
  • Relationships
  • Menopause
  • Family
  • Men
  • Career

Getting back to what’s real

I remember when I poured my hearts out to you about the changes in my life, my marriage, my every changing body, and mental health. You all heard me and reached out to me. MGP had never been better than when I was being “real”.

Get Back To What's Real

Some may have found the talk to be offensive, however, others embraced it. You let me know how much you could relate and we supported one another.

I miss my girlies.

Being “real” is what works for MGP

Over the past several months, I’ve watched traffic and comment dwindle on MGP. I believe I have the answer, thus the rebranding. It may take a little while to get back on track, but I’m determined to take us there.

I want to hear from you!

I would love to know what you like about MGP and don’t like. I want to know what you really want to discuss.

Do we need to bring back the Private Group on Facebook as well?

I’m all ears ladies and gents.
