These are just a few of the bits that I've managed to acquire this week. Was delighted to find out that Marie-Claire are giving away a free Ciate nail polish (worth £9) with each issue this month. As with the Leighton Denny/Harper's Bazaar collaboration that I blogged about last week, there are three shades available; Jelly Bean, Purple Sherbet or Bon Bon (I went for Jelly Bean). I've been wanting to try the Ciate polishes for a long time now and this has given me the chance to test them out without having to shell out full price. Will let you know how I get on with this one!
The dress is something I've had my eye on for a while. It's from the H! by Henry Holland range at Debenhams and when I noticed it in the 50% off section of their website (bringing it down to £15) I snapped it up straight away. It's now sold out online, though I've no doubt it'll still be available in some of their stores. I already own a couple of pieces from the range, including the zebra print blouse from last season which everyone seems to love, and am a big fan. The thing that really attracted me to this dress in particular, was the gorgeous print and the cut out detail at the back. There's also a blouse available in the same pattern and I am very tempted to invest - doing my best to resist for now though...
Finally, I seem to have a bit of a thing for watches at the moment; so when added to my penchant for all things neon, this little Casio number from ASOS was a must have. Brought down to £18 with my 10% student discount, I for one thought it was a real bargain. Planning to team it with some bright pink nails ("Jelly Bean" may come in very handy!) in order to add a splash of color to a little gray tee dress I have yet to wear. Perfecto <3Off now to get cosy and relax on the sofa with a big bag of maltesers and a plethora of Robert De Niro DVDs. Need a bit of down time after the night I had last night -FYI too many "enthusiastic" dance moves are not always a good idea - especially if you want to be able to move the next day (my God I sound old)! TTFN :)This Week's Spends
