How to proceed ?
- Watch the video on this exercise and the position of the young woman. Your knees and elbows must stay on the floor. Adopt the position shown in the picture, making sure to keep your back straight.
- Place both ends of elastic band. Your left foot should be located in the middle of the rubber band.
- For this exercise to be effective it is to hold the tape firmly, making sure to keep it well wrapped belly (tight) while stretching left leg backwards.
- Then make your knee back to starting position, making sure it does not touch the ground.
Repeat the same movement with the other leg. - Do three sets of 15 to 20 repetitions for each leg.
To achieve results, we must keep a certain attendance and repeat this exercise every day. You can also alternate in doing squats (another particularly effective exercise to tone the glutes).
