Core Outcome Sets (COS) are essential tools in clinical research, designed to standardise outcomes and enhance the transparency, consistency, and applicability of research findings. Despite their growing development, their use across the world remains low. There remains a gap in understanding their awareness, usage, and perception among clinical trialists and systematic reviewers, with only few small surveys being conducted. Our study presents the largest survey on the topic, which examined the current state of knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to COS among clinical trialists and systematic reviewers in India.
