Shakespeare once said “what is in the name? “ I asked the same question when I entered – “The Project” at Park Baluchi, HKV, the not so latest restaurant of Priyank Sukhija, as the speed with which he is opening restaurants; it’s difficult to keep a tab.LocationLocation doesn’t matter to me much as I believe , good food and service will always attract costomers, irrespective of its location. Hauz Khas Village is always happening and this restaurant has an average setting, not very impressive.ServiceServers w ere clueless and had to be reminded couple of times on the order placed. We also had to remind them to serve water.
FoodWe started with veg mezze platter. Freshly baked pita bread and certainly one of the best I have had in Delhi after Zizo. Falafel was crispy and spicy. The dips, humus, babagaonush and others were delicious Mozrella cheese bombs failed to impress. Cheese filling didn’t work and the risotto was not well done. Chicken wings was bland and little undercooked. The wings were huge, however didn’t have any flavor – neither of honey nor of mustard. Desert pizza – this came as a respite. It was crisp , sweet (caramel) and crunchy and tangy (green apple). I simply loved it. If I plan to visit this place, dessert pizza will be the sole reason! 
Grilled Jumbo Prawns – Undercooked and chewy. Period.Grilled chiecken BBQ pizza –. Perfect thin crust and excellent toppings – I loved it! Apple and Cinamon Martini – The taste of cinnamon is overpowering. Orange and Celery Margarita - An average drink.Melon Sangria – This wasn’t impressive and nothing delightful!The Project seems to be “still under project”. They need to work a lot on their food, r service as well as drinks. For it to be happening and attract customers – everything needs to be in place!
