Having made quite the impression with their post-Summer anthem Skirts‘, Bristol 5 piece band ‘The Other Tribe‘ are back with an exciting free download.

We Should Be Dancing‘ highlights the bands trademark fusion of eclectic styles from electro, dance, indie-pop to tribal percussion based rhythms. Infused with a disco groove and driving bass line, this is one track that’s sure to get you dancing with it’s infectious tribal party atmosphere. There’s a boisterous energy about the track, bringing elements of Bristol’s bass history to the forefront of the record.

We Should Be Dancing‘ serves as the follow up to ‘Don’t Need No Melody‘,  ’Sing With Your Feet‘  and last years anthemic ‘Skirt’s‘; all giving us a taster of what’s to come from the band. If this free download is anything to go by, except big things from ‘The Other Tribe‘.

Currently signed to Sony/Relentless, the band have been locked away in a Bristol countryside barn working on new material, so expect the highly anticipated debut album later this year. Be sure to check out their Soundcloud for previous collaborations with Eats Everything and Kidnap Kid alongside various remixes Jody Wisternoff and T Williams.

You can catch the Bristolian 5 piece on their upcoming UK Tour kicking off at XOYO on April 18th, followed by dates in Brighton, Manchester, Helston, Canterbury and Coventry. No doubt a few Summer Festivals are on the cards too, but in the meantime, get your Free Download of ‘We Should Be Dancing’ HERE and do exactly what the title suggests!

The Other Tribe’s latest Tribecast DJ mix features Foals, Maceo Plex, George Fitzgerald, Stimming, Maxxi Soundstem and more:
