Amazing case. Shocked I had never heard about it before. It is stunning how many young people got in on the torture and abuse that eventually led to Sylvia’s death. Some of them turned their lives around and lived law-abiding lives afterwards.
A movie called The Girl Next Door was made about the case in 2007. I have not yet seen it. A Youtube trailer of the movie is here. Some of the commenters are saying it is one of the most disturbing movies they have ever seen.
One of the murderesses is now out of prison has her own child.
