Playing dress up is one of my fondest childhood memories, which is probably why I am such a huge fan of Halloween. This year I was thrilled to be invited to see Deadmau5 & Avicii here in San Diego, and I knew I needed to come up with an amazing and creative costume. This year I decided to play off of the fact that my roommates (or anyone who sees me in the morning for that matter) often tease me by calling me Medusa, as I often roll out of bed with what looks like a head full of snakes. With a trip to the fabric store, some glow in the dark snakes, & loads of slithering inspired arm candy- I concocted what I felt was a pretty impressive and original Medusa costume.
In the midst of all the fun I was having at the show, I somehow ended up misplacing my phone- therefore meaning I lost some of the better pictures of my costume. Luckily for me, a mystical man-icorn was kind enough to send me the picture seen above. Hope you all had a safe & Happy Halloween!
