My objection is to the environmentalists who say the Black-White IQ gap is due to environment. All we have to do is create this Superenvironment, and the gap goes away. And the Superenvironment never seems to happen. I am not saying give up, knock yourselves out. I am saying that I am dubious if this Superenvironment is ever going to happen.
We don’t spend any more money on Blacks than we do on Whites, and in many ways, we spend a lot less on Blacks. It’s not true that we have dumped zillions into anti-poverty programs to fix Blacks since 1965. Those anti-poverty programs are necessary no matter what race the poor are or how they act. We aren’t trying to fix Blacks with those programs. We are just doing what is humane and necessary.
If we spent as much on Blacks as we do on Whites, that right there would be humane. If we spent more money on them but could prove that it was cost-effective like Head Start, I say let’s do it. Let’s do anything that has been proven to work to raise Black achievement, reduce Black failure, crime and violence.
I am willing to spend money or do anything that raises Black IQ or lowers Black crime rates, especially violent crime rates. There are actually a few things that have been shown to work, but you guys never talk about them. They don’t really raise IQ, only at the bottom end. But the Blacks do act a lot better, are more likely to graduate high school, less likely to be judged retarded, less likely to spend time in jail, less likely to be on welfare, less likely to be poor, etc. That sort of thing.
Black people are never going to act like Norwegians or Koreans. It’s never going to happen! That is because as an HBD’er I am utterly convinced that Blacks as a group are more susceptible to crime and violence than other groups, and this susceptibility is inborn and biological.
We should spend just as much money on Blacks as we do on Whites, but these people are never going to act like Norwegians or Koreans no matter what environment we make for them due to the biology that they bring to the table.
I am not saying let’s not do anything. I am saying if we do anything, let’s do something biological.
