The End of the Year 2013 and the Beginning of a Journey

2013 has been 'Annus Horribilus' for many people in the world. However, its been a stepping stone for me, in many ways .An awakening and a desire to excel and finally getting to spend quality time as a family together.
This will be a series of blog posts about the holiday we are about to undertake in the almost freezing cold expanses of Rajasthan.
Day 1- December 30 ,2013
We begun today at the Hussaini Walla border ,off Ferozepur, Punjab.
This is the place where Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were cremated and their ashes are still kept in blood stained newspapers.
