The Dreaded Half Wall!

I am sure there are those out there who are dealing with the dreaded half wall! You know the one that was put there by a spec builder like in my poor mother's new home. Also those ones created as support for the room. What to do with those annoying walls? I will tell you have no fear because that wall can become a focal point with a little carpentry and patience. My parents move in this weekend and I will keep you posted on the change we will make to the wall joining their kitchen to great room.... stay tuned. Meanwhile check these ideas out!
