What do you do when winter seems to never end and you're gearing up for more* snow and you're just so. sick. of. it.? Wear dark colors and brighten everything up with a summer lipstick! Orange lips are totally on trend for spring, and I might have just found my new favorite lippie color. I'll never stray from my red's but, based on how much I adore Heat Wave, I knew I'd have to try orange. And it's wonderful.
In other news, I am obsessed with 2 things right now. 1) The Olympics! Ice skating! Hockey! Snowboarding! So fun. 2) These boots. I've been on the hunt for black booties all winter and I finally nabbed these from Madewell (on sale!). Ob.sessed.
*I shouldn't complain because the Northeast has gotten a lot more snow. But they have snowplows, too.
