The brand new and final trailer for Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight Rises has arrived and it does an excellent job of rekindling the magic in the series. Check out the final trailer below:
Okay, are back after your other worldly departure?
Finally there’s a trailer that can live up to the legacy of the other Batman films. There’s no secret I’ve been disappointed with what we’ve seen of the film since the prologue was shown during MI:GP last December. There’s a huge scale to the battle’s seen in this trailer, especially the battle in the snow that is shown in the image above. What about that great line by Alfred about not wanting to bury anymore members of the Wayne family. Awesome writing there. Of course I was going to see The Dark Knight Rises opening night even if my expectations have gone down. The new trailer can be seen in theaters this week before The Avengers film.
The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne Hathaway, Marion Cotillard and opens July 20 in IMAX and theaters.
