The castle of Lekursit is situated to the southeast of the center of Sarande:

It was built in the 16th century and all that remains now are ruins, on which a restaurant was built. We thought it would be a lovely idea to have a drink there and enjoy the view on Sarande, since the castle was built on a high hill.
Now, Lars and I still don’t know what we did wrong… But as soon as we arrived at the parking, an angry man ran to our car and chased us away. We thought him to be very rude and didn’t feel like going into the restaurant anymore. So we just took pictures of the view! You can clearly see Sarande, Ksamil and Corfu.
