The 3 Product Facial #2

By Brightowngirl @Brightowngirl
The 3 Product Facial #2This is take two of the '3 Product facial', (check out last weeks here if you missed it) this time I wanted to treat my skin with caution as for some reason I have had an horrid break out which I haven't had for some time.
First up I started with the Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Mask (£27 Cult Beauty) as it is gentle yet very effective. This is full of antioxidants so deeply cleanses the skin and draws out all the nasties. It has purified clay, aloe vera, rosehip and parsley seed in it to help unclog pores, balance the skin and perk up your complexion.
I have had a couple of samples of this and I am definitely going to be purchasing the full size, it really does what it says on the tin. My skin feels clean, soothed and revived after using this.
I then followed this up with the REN F10 Smooth and Renew Mask (£20 Ren Skincare) which is an exfoliating mask that is suitable for sensitive skin. It is a gel texture that has Vitamin C, Papain and Omega 3 & 6 in which all help regulate skin tone, reduce inflammation and remove dead skin cells.
This smells gorgeous and feels like you applying jam to your face. You leave it on for 10 minutes and once removed your skin looks brighter and healthier.
If you keen to try an exfoliating type mask but have sensitive skin I would highly recommend this, it does the job while still being gentle on the skin.
I then finished off with the Apivita Face Mask With Aloe (£13 Marks & Spencers) which is a soothing moisture mask. My skin is so angry an sore I wanted to soothe it and clam the redness down as much as possible. As I am sure you all know Aloe Vera is great for calming the skin, the mask also has rose juice in it which helps to maintain moisture levels. Even though my skin is playing up it is still dehydrated so I need to make sure I giving it lots of hydration.
This is a gel mask and does feel cooling as soon as you apply it to the skin. Great for when your skin is feeling sore.
So that was this weeks pamper, I am hoping it will give my skin a big kick up the bum. Have you tried any of these masks?
