The 2013 “Line in the Sand” Chemical Weapons Attack in Ghouta, Damascus Never Even Happened

Posted on the 24 December 2018 by Calvinthedog

In the realm of foreign policy, Seymour Hersch is the last investigative journalist in the US. All the rest are party line hacks no better or more honest that the staff at Pravda under the USSR.

And with Hersch’s most recent article, even the New Yorker would not publish it, so he went overseas. The London Review of Books was ready to publish it, but then they chickened out too. Hersch was finally forced to publish is piece in Germany of all places.

Hersch’s article stated that one of the chemical weapons attacks that the US used to justify attacking Syria, the chemical weapons attack in Ghouta in 2013, was not done by the Syrian government but was instead done by the Al Qaeda rebels who controlled that district.

I will go ever further than that.

Not only did the Syrian government not do that chemical attack, but no chemical attack even happened in the first place. The dead were government supporting civilians from the north of Syria who had been held captive for two years. 400 of these captives were murdered by Al Qaeda, who then presented them as innocent Syrian civilians of Ghouta.

I’ve been studying this attack intensively for five years now. You will probably never meet a human being who has studied this attack in more depth than I have. And the paragraph above which completely contradicts the lines of all Western governments and every media organ in the West, is my conclusion.
