Thank You All So Much!

Posted on the 01 March 2014 by Calvinthedog

I issued a call for donations at the start of February. By the end of the month, I had received $501, which is excellent.

Thank you all very, very much!

In case you wonder how I get my money, here is the lowdown:

Trust fund: ~$900/month (varies) – barely enough to live on.

Donations: $501 for February.

Counseling/therapy: $40 for February, but varies. Might average ~$150/month. Some months it is high as $300. It’s not a regular job, and it just varies. My rates are anywhere from $20-40/hour, just varies. Generally work with anxiety disorders.

Selling information: Average less than $10/month. Yes, I actually sell secrets and information, and believe it or not, people actually pay me good money for this. I know things like special locations to famous places and whatnot that are closely guarded secrets yet people desperately want to know where these places are. Think of it as selling the locations of lost gold mines or something along those lines. I sell you the location and the guy who will, free of charge, take you out there.

Brokering graphic arts deals: Average less than $10/month. I am a middleman or broker. I put the artist and the customer together, and then I take a cut. For a $700 deal, the artist gets $600, and my cut is $100.

Webpage design and consulting: Very little, maybe average ~$5/month. Very sporadic work.

Webpage syndication: Complete nonsense. Actually earn ~$5/month. I mean yeah, I get “earnings statements” telling me I just “earned” $5 this month. I really ought to tell these capitalist fucks to get lost, but for some  reason I don’t.

Gifts: Mostly from family, but also from women. Females are always buying me presents, gifts and whatnot, and I am eternally grateful for that. I am also embarrassed to say that my Mom helps me out, but I generally pay all my own bills. She helps with some larger expenses, and I tend to stock up on food when I visit.

I don’t have a regular job, so I basically just whore out and grub for money any way I can. I don’t actually whore myself out, but you get the picture. It’s pretty much anything for money here at the Lindsay domicile.

This month I made ~$1,450. That’s not a whole lot of money, but it’s OK. For me, that’s something like finding a gold mine. Assuming it continues on a yearly basis, it is ~$19,500 or something like that. I have no idea if that is good money or not, but at least it ain’t poverty level.
