- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 can mexican corn
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 cup green peppers, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
