Teaser of Mahesh Babu’s “Nenokkadine”

I generally don’t dissect trailers/teasers, but this teaser of Mahesh Babu-starrer “Nenokkadine” has certainly piqued my interest. What was touted to a loud commercial offering hardly seems like one from the teaser, which looks stylish, crisp and has a feeling of secrecy. And let’s not forget Devi’s fitting music that elevates the teaser to all new level.

We hardly get to see Mahesh’s face in the teaser even though you see glimpses of him walking in the dark, holding a broken beer bottle and even riding a sports bike. Mahesh also sports his chiseled body while walking in a dimly lit what appears to be an abandoned factory or most probably Binny mills in Chennai.

Except Arya, Sukumar’s debut film, I haven’t much enjoyed any of his films, especially his stupid sequel to Arya. If a teaser’s job is to tease the audiences and increase the level of expectations, then I feel this slick teaser has hit the bull’s eye.
