New Delhi, 2nd April, 2014: Tea Lounge at the Taj Palace, New Delhi hosted an afternoon truly musical to the ears by the members of the BBC Scottish Symphony over Maharaja Afternoon Hi Tea/ English Hi Tea with a hint of Indian specialties.
The Tea Lounge at Taj Palace Hotel is truly a unique place where almost 30 varieties of single estate teas and more than 10 different single origin coffees are served in an exclusive English High Tea style. A picture perfect setting for tête-à-tête and lingering in the traditional a 'Viennese Style' coffee house, The Tea Lounge is where you can really savor the taste of good tea or a coffee and a premium selection of wine and spirits.
The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra (BBC SSO), a 65 member band now in its 80th year is in India for the first time for a three city tour. The BBC SSO is Scotland’s leading champion of new music and it performs to large and enthusiastic audiences in venues throughout Scotland.
