We found an excellent, cozy wine house in Traben – Trarbach, in the Grabenstrasse 5, called Storck. The family who runs the business also manage a restaurant and an apartment.
If you are into Riesling, this is the place to be! I tasted several wines – Lars is the designated driver – and immediately decided to buy at least one bottle. The owner was very friendly and gave a lot of explanation about every wine I tasted. He really took his time with us and made us feel welcome, although we are not really experts and don’t buy big quantities.
