Tale of Two Cities: Singapore and Kuala Lumpur
Around this time last year we visited  Singapore and Kuala Lumpur out of curiosity and seat sale. The first three days were spent in the ever changing Singapore.  For such a small country it offers a vibrant diversity of distinct neighborhood and  seemingly endless selection of  attraction. For a first timer I envy their world class transportation and  how clean their streets compare to that of Manila.  How I wish our government can  build effective mass transportation  and  implement such laws.  Aside from going to different places, the days were well spent meeting friends and  gorging on Singaporean foods.

Since Malaysia is less than an hour flight away from Singapore, we got to experience a bit of the Truly Asia experience.  When we got off the plane, KL somewhat reminds me of Manila but its more diverse in terms of ethnicity like Singapore.  No visit to KL would be complete without visiting the architectural masterpiece of Petronas Towers.  We also went the mountain theme park of  Genting Highlands in our last day.
