On my quest to try out a new cleanser after using up my beloved Sanctuary Cleansing Facial Oil, I came across this one (thanks to AThriftyMrsUK!). It's the Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser, and apparently this is a Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish dupe, however I cannot do a comparison as I dont currently own the Liz Earle one.
So far I am absolutely loving this cleanser. The consistency of the product is really nice, and actually feels quite luxurious which makes you want to spend more time massaging the product into the skin, hence improving circulation.
After applying the cleanser I can kind of feel my skin absorbing the product! Although, this is probably just a placebo or the aftermath of my extended DIY facial massage.
To remove I just rinse the muslin cloth under the hot tap, squeeze until damp but still hand-hot as per the instructions, and rub in a circular motion around the face until all the product has been worked away. This process feels very nice indeed, and leaves your skin feeling extremely well cleansed. I then follow up with a cold water rinse.
I have been using this product morning and night for about a week now and I absolutley love it. The pores around my cheeks and nose have tightened, and the break outs i've been having recently seem to have ceased at last! My skin also looks brighter.
I really recommend this if you are the kind of person who doesn't mind taking a little extra time when removing makeup, and for people who are looking for a gentle deep cleanser but dont want to spend too much as this product is only £5.99. Bargain!
