one As far as I'm concerned, cake is one of those essential essentials on an autumn Sunday afternoon.
I'm slightly under the weather with a head cold today so my daughter is currently rustling up a quick Betty Crocker red velvet cake mix to be topped with cream cheese frosting....to be enjoyed with a large cup of Earl Grey tea of course.
There's nothing like a homemade cake though and how good does this apple & banana cake with caramel cream cheese frosting look though....absolutely delicious!
