Among all the fun coffee dates I’ve had within the blogging community, my recent meetup with the sisters behind style blog, Turtle & Leaf, was definitely memorable. From chatting about a year spent abroad in Japan to sharing our love of sunny Southern California, these Orange County girls are not only creative (they just started they’re amazing blog in January!) but incredibly dedicated students and working women. The end of summer means back to school for many and one of mine and B’s favorite Fall trends is stripes. Classic, simple and fun, it is a timeless print that every woman should have in her closet. Here are some my favorite ways to wear them:

Because stripes are such a classic look, pairing it with bold colors such as this true red is a smart choice.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, you CAN mix prints without looking like you were dressed in the dark. I love the printed pants trend I’ve been seeing lately and paired with a thin striped top, it’s a match made in heaven.
