So this is how I spent my weekend; baking, picnicking and basking in the sunshine :) Had quite a boozy evening on Friday - went to watch my friend's band play which was great fun, but got a little carried away catching up with friends who I hadn't seen in a while (the free shots didn't help matters) and was paying for it the next morning. Best cure for a hangover? - Fresh air and well... further indulgence by the looks of things! Oops!

Seaside essentials: Sandals - Topshop, Bag - Marc By Marc Jacobs.Need to say a little bit about how amazing this bag is, especially if you're like me and like to lug around all manner of unnecessary items. It is huge, i.e. I managed to fit in my towel, picnic blanket, giant four liter bottle of water and loads more besides. I nabbed it on eBay for something like about £18 if I remember rightly (in fact I've just checked and there are still a few available here if anyone is interested) and have had so much use out of it. Definitely one of my faves as it's so practical.
