Ooookay so it is pretty late to be posting… but I have reasons. Let me start from the beginning.
Last night my girlfriend (and fellow blogger), Kika, and myself attended the VIP grand opening for Leu Leu Beauty Bar. It was SUCH a cute event where they had mini mani’s, hairstyling, a crepe bar, a DJ, swag bags, etc. etc. We stayed, we shmoozed, and upon leaving we decided to stop for a drink at the local wine bar. We were already all dressed up, why not keep the night going? That one drink turned into a bottle split between the two of us. We were a little tipsy so we decided to see what was going on at the dive bar by my house… we stayed for a total of 60 seconds. It was beyond dead.
We get back to my house, and my roommate opens a bottle of wine and we help her pack for her trip. After she was done, we all decided… why not go out? Mind you, I really never go out… but again, I was all dressed up. Might as well. We ventured a little further to the Saloon… a more fun & popular dive bar near us. As we pulled up, we were happy to see it was pretty packed. We got in, grabbed a bevvy, and realized we just walked into a high school reunion. The drinks were flowing, and there was plenty of dancing going on. The night ended with us catching a ride from a friend to grab some burritos (naturally) and go home.
The next part is pretty blurry, but I think it involved consuming burritos and passing out on the couch to a cheesy Lifetime movie. Wellll, it’s no surprise I woke up feeling like shit. Got a ride to my car, came home, and zonked out. If you recall, I normally don’t eat gluten nor do I drink a lot, so basically I was far from being on my A game. I finally rose from the dead and tried to write this post but for some reason my server was full. Luckily, with the help of Google, I fixed the issue. So here I am, watching a different cheesy Lifetime movie (I am mildly addicted to LMN), chugging water, and hardcore relaxing. Thursdays are the Fridays? Maybe…
Tomorrow will be all about juicing, eating clean, rejuvenating my poor bod, and getting ready for my much anticipated trip to Sonoma for Turkey Day!! Now, here are some iPhone pics we snapped from last nights festivities, nothing like a girls night out.
