Steamed Shrimp

Here is another classic for you.  This is another simple and easy recipe for Lent. All that is needed is a little side salad and some bread and you have a meal. I used frozen shrimp and defrosted it in the refrigerator. I added a seafood sauce at the bottom of the page.  I cant remember where I got the recipe from, but it is fantatic!
Steamed Shrimp
Steamed Shrimp 1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 lb shrimp
Combine water, vinegar and Old Bay Seasoning in a sauce pan.
Steamed Shrimp
 Bring to a boil.
Steamed Shrimp
Add shrimp, stir cover and steam until tender and pink, about 2 minutes.
Steamed Shrimp
 Drain remove shell and eat with seafood sauce or melted butter
Seafood Sauce 1 bottle chili sauce 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
