In sequences 1, 2 and 3 we covered the cleansing of other organs and body parts from inside out. As spring approaches, we all can see the Mother Nature’s restarting point to refresh and reboot. Lets all of join this natural movement and alongside of nature, cleanse our body. In this sequence we continue with other cleansing tips to support our body’s health and performance.

  • Ear:

There are several methods of cleansing the ears. Prior to these methods consult with your Doctor and physician. 4. Ear wax candling: Also refer as auricular candling or coning is another ancient ear cleansing method. Ear wax candling is holding and burning a wick of waxed candle while the tip is in the ear.
