I recently attended this event hosted by MAX Fashion and their PR team for the launch of MAX's festive collection by renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor. My first choice was something comfortable like a shirt dress and sneakers, but I quickly switched to some traditional twist as the launch was all about festivities and traditional wear.
I found this Chanderi kurta in Sarojini Nagar and it is in good condition. There hasn't been a time when I didn't bag compliments.
But it just gets boring wearing a kurta with salwar or a pair of palazzos. So, I ditched the bottoms and grabbed a golden-beige dupatta and tied a few big knots to give it a rough yet soft look.
Do you know that I have opened an Insta Shop where you can buy thrifted jewelry and take away some jewelry inspiration too. Both, my earrings and ring are available on Thrift Therapy and Us. Go check out!

Makeup

As long as my makeup goes, I am always about the no-makeup makeup look and I usually go for softer looks. MAC Meher is my new favorite, new nude lip shade that I am super into.  On this day, I switched to Lakme CC Cream instead of using Maybelline Fit Me foundation. My only complaint with Lakme CC Cream is that the application gets patchy.

On My Nails

New U store has this new nail paint brand called JAQUALINE. I am wearing the shade called "Burly Wood J05" and I absolutely love this shade. Why not the formula is great, a shade is from nude family and goes a long way - over 5 days without chipping!!
