the 2nd day trolling through
MG road in Gangtok, praising the city and its really disciplined residents and clean roadsides - we decided to get sense of Buddhism. Long before I turned to meditation for peace, it was Buddha's face that brought me an inner calm that couldn't be missed. And this calm led me to get some interest in Monsateries, Tibetan Prayer Flags and more. I was all excited to explore first ever monastery I had planned to visit and roll the prayer wheels.
What I did not expect was these colourful boards and Buddha's teachings on it. I have over 1000 photos from this vacation in Gangtok-Darjeeling and this what I planned to start with. These quotes make me think again, remember the day when I was in Rumtek and reasons why I should visit a Buddha temple again. Couldn't be better start than this!
