SSU Shopped | Grapeseed Carrier Oil

I am facing severe skin related issues on my face - red patches, pores and extra sensitive skin. My main concern is dryness despite of daily cleansing, toning and moisturizing. I have recently invested in a daily moisturizer which is working, I can feel that. But I still need something extra to make my skin feel youthful again. 
So, I planned to try essential/carrier oils to see if it works.
