January is almost over & my resolution/plan/wish to walk more has only been semi-successful....must.do.better.
I could join the gym but having been both a participating & a paying-but-not-attending member, I decided that something that fits into my daily schedule easily was the way to go.I already walk quite a bit & now that I live slightly further away from school, I should be able to add even more walking into my day....in theory, anyway.
