This Southwestern breakfast burrito has so much flavor with the turkey pepperoni and southwest egg substitute, you will hardly believe it is only 2 Weight Watcher points.
On my quest to become more healthy I purchased a fitbit.
I also joined Weight Watchers.
I thought it would be a good idea to start showing everyone my recipes and how I plan to get fit and lower my BMI.
So here is one of my favorite breakfast items I love to eat in the morning. It does fill me up so I can get on with my day.

Ingredients:
1 Ole Extreme Wellness Tortilla wrap (1pt)
7 slices turkey pepperoni (1pt)
1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese (0pt)
1/4 cup egg beaters (0pt)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay torilla on aluminum foil. Place pepperoni in the middle of tortilla making a circle. Place cheddar cheese on top of pepperoni making a well pour the egg beaters in the middle of the well. Fold up torilla top to bottom and then fold the sides in. Wrap in the foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
