Green Tea, on the other hand, several health benefits. It has been regarded as the ultimate weight loss drink. I do believe this because when I was trying to lose some weight, I was drinking green tea religiously and when I exercise, not only do I have more energy but I sweat a lot more, which means I am burning more calories right? I once lost 25 pounds with a 1800-calorie diet, a home video exercise program, and drinking green tea :)
For this drink, you will only need two ingredients:1. Roughly chopped fresh ginger.2. Green tea.
Now lets, make the drink. Get a cup of hot water Place in the ginger and your green tea.Steep it for 5 to minutes. Remember that steeping longer will make your drink much stronger. Dr. Oz suggests steeping it for I think 15 minutes! Wow! That's a strong tea. But he suggests putting some crushed ice on it which I think will help dilute the mixture. You can also put some honey or lemon or even calamansi if you're not used to the taste of green tea and ginger.
Now drink your way to a slimmer and sexier you! Bottoms up!
