Snow Day Cookies

You will love these cookies, if I do say so myself!One snow day down, one more to go, and I hit the pantry.  Here was the super fast, super easy, super yummy result:  Mix together 1 cup of oats and 1/3 cup of each of these four ingredients: maple syrup, organic chunky peanut butter, tahini and vegan chocolate chips. Spread the mixture into a bar on a foil covered baking tray and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.  Bring to room temperature, chill for 30 minutes, cut and serve.Snow Day Cookies
