This is a extremely rich but delicious bar that is loaded with coconut, butterscotch, chocolate and pecans.
I cant get over how many things you can now make with your slow cooker. I love making desserts in my slow cooker. My Chocolate Dump Cake is always a hit and oh so easy to make.
I realized I do not have a lot of slow cooker dessert recipes and decided to remedy that. I was thinking about some other dessert recipes I could make in my slow cooker. I was very surprised on how easy this was to put together. I made a big pan full and brought it in to work. It really is rich and it does make a ton. My coworkers were up for the challenge and these bars were gone in no time.
I highly recommend using the foil in the insert. It really does help getting these bars out. Then you can cut them right there on the counter. The first time around, I did not use the foil and boy did I have a hard time getting them out of the insert. Even after spraying them.
