Silver Creek Smallmouth Action

I have been out to silver creek a few times in the past week.  The smallmouth are biting great right now.  I have been using 3 inch tube jigs in brown or white.  I also caught a few using a 3. Inch senko wacky rigged.  Most of the fish caught were around a pound or under.  I have heard others say that they have pulled a few over three pounds out of that spot.
