Signs and karma
This silk ropes are signs to worship the gods of the mountains, the streams, the sky and nature. They are usually tied around the Ovoos on the top of the hills and mountains all around the country. In order for the wishes and pays to be heard by the gods, people have to go around the Ovoos three times, holding the silk cloth in their hands.
