Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, wife of businessman Raj Kundra has entered the beautiful world of motherhood after delivering a baby boy.
On Monday, the 36 year old actress had gone to Hinduja Healthcare Boutique hospital in Khar, Mumbai for a routine medical check-up and was admitted immediately after her contractions began.
Dr. Kiran Coelho, who delivered the baby said: “Shilpa opted for a painless labor and delivered a bonny boy on Monday morning”.
Shilpa Shetty married Raj Kundra, a London based businessman in 2009. She announced her pregnancy in December last year. Raj was by her side during her labor and witnessed the entire delivery. Soon after the delivery, Raj Kundra tweeted, “God has blessed us with a beautiful boy. Both mother and baby are fine. I am thrilled to bits.”
The entire family of Raj and Shilpa were present at the hospital and after the announcement, congratulatory messages flooded in. Personalities from Bollywood industry also congratulatory messages.
