The Live - Ice Cream Teppanyaki, where you could choose your flavours and toppings and watch chef preparing everything in front of you! It is impossible not to try a piece of everything and with live stations cooking authentic dishes – It is hard to decide where to start from!
I started the usual way- Salads and then onto the oriental section. Carrot raisin Apple, Indian Chaat, Burgers, Grilled Chicken , Haryali fish tikka , dhungara murg tikka – juiciest and the most gorgeous of the bountiful buffetI couldn’t resist myself from not trying everything and I loved the Main course. I was in for a treat with every bite thatI took and every dish that I tried. Beef in black pepper sauce, Nehari Gosht, Trivandrum fish curry and chicken biryani were amongst the favorite and I couldn’t resist second helping of them. Perfection is the word that best describes these dishes.
Dessert Section was the ultimate Indulgence! The smoky flavor of the kheer gets thumbs-up!Unfortunately Chef Tanveer was not there and I missed meeting him, I would love to go back again and meet him. However I had great time chatting with Sous Chef Sunil who joined them last month.The spread that they have at Sen5ses in terms of quality and quantity is remarkable!
