If you don’t have a designated agent, you can always interview them by asking them variety of question to judge their confidence, knowledge, and skills. These 3 are the golden keys of a good real estate agent.

In step 2 of our Seller’s Guide, your most important task is to assign a price based on the education you’ve received from your agent. “Price right to profit more”.

If you price too high, you’d scare away buyers and give the competitors an upper hand, if you price too low, you’d lose money from your net worth. Pricing should be competitive, market desirable, and attractive to buyers. Pricing your home right, will sell your home faster, saving you time and money. In a seller’s market, perfect pricing, will also create buyer’s competition and possible bidding war.
