Scarecrow's Garden Journal Notes: December Totals:I'm harvesting lots of Zucchinis...this year I have a new gadget to make Zucchini Pasta! It's a Spiral Vegetable Cutter and it turns zucchini and other veg into noodles! It's a great way to cut down on our wheat intake.
