The bottle that the foundation is in, is a glass bottle with a brilliant bright orange lid.
To get out the foundation, you use the pump action.
Here is the foundation on my hand, it is a really cream texture.
I applied the foundation onto my face, by using my fingers. I did circular motions with my fingers, across my face to get a full coverage of the foundation. It spread really nicely, leaving a matte finish on my face (without using a powder ontop).
Before and After Foundation
Here is a picture of before and after application. Before you can see my freckles clearly, and pink pigmentation across my face and darkness around my eyes. You can see with the foundation it gives me great coverage, although you can still see my freckles, they are muted down. There is no longer a pink undertone to my skin, leaving a much more fresh and clear looks on my skin. It is definitely a full coverage foundation. I love how it appears on my face, and suits well with my skin color. It's left my skin looking clear and smooth. As you can see in the close up, it doesn't look over done, just a nice foundation.I really rated this foundation, especially for a high street brand. It works well for me, and I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out.
Where to get?The Rimmel - Wake Me Up foundation retails at £8.99, but I picked it up from Boots when it was on offer for £5.99, it was also available at Superdrug for £5.99 at the same time.
Have you tried the Rimmel - Wake Me Up foundation yet? If not, I definitely recommend it!
