Package:
The blush comes in a tube package with a twist cap. You got to squeeze the tube to get the product out. This one particularly resembles the Etude House, yes a famous Korean brand's Water Color Blush package. However, it is totally alright until it is safe while traveling and until it does what it claims.
My Take:
After my weird experiments with the creme blushes I got to know the fact that it is meant for somebody who is a pro in applying the makeup. For a beginner like me, blending is a bit tough task for me. I blend either too much or too less. I end up looking more pinky/peachy or else I end up with a nice sheen which hardly looks that I have applied some blush. So,working with this one was a bit tricky. The Rimmel London Stay Blushed Liquid Cheek Tint is not actually a runny liquid but it is of powdery yet creamy. Here is what exactly it looks as soon as you take out some product out of the tube.
But when spread, it looks so creamy and shiny. This particular shade Apricot Glow is a peach color which is supposed to suit the dusky skin tone the most. *now you know why I own this* but unfortunately, this one when blended leaves just a sheen and not any color. Okay, not actually the dark color but just a bit of color. By now, I got to the conclusion that it looks great on fair skin tones and acts like a highlighter with a hint of peach on dark skin tones. It has great consistency and blends like a dream. It didn't make my combination-oily skin any more oily and I have used this in summer. However, the staying power is average. Just 2 hours if you are outside and about 3 hours if you are staying indoors. I like it but not like the likeness I had towards it before I got it.
Can you figure out at least ?
My Rating:
3.5/5
Recommendation:
The Rimmel Stay Blushed! Liquid Cheek Tint in Apricot Glow can look great on wheatish to fair complexion because of the very less pigmentation. The staying power is just as any other drugstore blush. The good thing, it doesn't make your skin oily. I don't really know if you should own this one. But yes, you can always try the other shades which are greatly pigmented and their Touch of berry and Sun kissed Cherry will be too good for Indian Skin Tone.
