There will be lectures, workshops and presentations for anyone looking to plan an expedition; I'll be one of these people, I want to gain and learn as much as I can whilst there at the weekend and hopefully put a few expedition ideas in to the first steps of planning with the help of the experts.
I'm going to the Desert workshop on Saturday afternoon - the thought of crossing the Sinai peninsula next year is top of my list of things to do so hopefully I can learn a little more and put thoughts in to actions.
If you're going to be there this weekend let me know; I'd love to meet and chat to as many people as possible - I'll be walking around with a silly hulk hogan style moustache, bloody Movember, and an unfortunate slit in my eyebrow thanks to an inconvenient drinking game...
