Review::Swatch:: Maybelline BB Cream in Natural and Nude

 
Maybelline BB Cream claims:

 My Skin Type: - Oily around chin, nose and forehead. I also tend to get a pimple here and there on my cheeks. I have sensitive skin on my face, it burns if wrong product used, I get rashes too if out in harsh sun.I have pores on my nose and around it. Ideal face,  is it?
Maybelline BB Cream
The light texture of Maybelline BB cream doesn't make me feel cakey and heavy like I feel when I apply a foundation. (I rarely apply a foundation and the feel I get has always been the same. HEAVY face). It makes my pores look smaller in size and small pores almost disappear. The other good part of this cream is that it makes your face look dewy initially, it glows but definitely, not from within but it does. Apart from all this good points one thing that I felt is that Maybelline BB cream formula is a little dry and you can feel when you apply it. (I realized this when I started using Oriflame Very Me Peach Me Perfect)
Maybelline BB Cream shade "Natural" might NOT be for me (NC 40 Skintone) but it works just right. Talking about the shades we have available in Maybelline BB Cream I think Nude would be the best choice for me and Radiance is for fair girls. I chose Natural because it added a thin layer on the back of my hand when I swatched it in the shop which looked nice, Nude disappeared like I just put some moisturizer and Radiance made me 2-3 shades lighter, which is of course not good.
If I talk about any thing similar aka dupes, then I would go for Lotus Herbals foundation which was launched probably a few months ago. That is a bit drying and can make you look made-up as the time passes. But still I like it because it isn't too heavy and it is thinner than Maybelline BB Cream.
So far, I think that this is one of the best products with tint which I own has good effects in photographs taken in artificial light.Maybelline BB cream makes an ideal tinted moisturizer because it's inexpensive, comes in three shades which can be worked together to get the perfect shade for a skin tone from fair to dusky. People with Very fair and Very dark complexion may not be very satisfied with it though.
