Oriflame Optimals Clarifying Scrub is non-creamy unlike-gel scrub with "really" big blue particles. I have this scrub for last one year and I tried to use it in different seasons to see how it works. I also gave it so much time because I really thought it would be one of the best scrubs I have ever used because of a different texture and feel. In reality...
It smells really nice, big particles do help in cleaning the surface but it is just a normal scrub that feels a little harsh on skin. The thing I don't like at all in this scrub is it leaves a matte layer on skin with shine. The matte layer gives an illusion of really, really cleansed skin and shiny surface gives an illusion of glow. Since it has particles, it does buff the skin but it is definitely not what it claims. Whether it was winter, summer or monsoon - just did NOT work.
It will prove to be harsher for acne-prone skin causing redness. So definitely for all skin types. Dry skin people can give it a try while keeping in mind that is might make their skin drier during winters.
