The Nuxe Creme Fraiche 24hr Moisturising Mask is a soothing mask that contains plant milks and white blossom to help hydrate even the driest skins. It also contains Aloe Vera to help calm the skin and makes it great for more sensitive skin types.I received this moisture mask in a Look Fantastic Beauty Box a few months ago and the first time I tried it I was quite underwhelmed. I found it didn't do much for me at all and unfortunately it got chucked in a drawer and forgotten about for a while. That was until a couple of weeks ago when I decided to give it a second chance.
If you read my post about my Skincare Saviours you will know I have been suffering from very sensitive, inflamed skin recently and once I got it more under control I decided to give the Nuxe Creme Fraiche Moisture Mask another go and it has done wonders to my skin.
The instructions say to use the products twice a week, only leave it on for 10 minutes each time and tissue any excess product off. Well of course I don't do that and I applied a generous amount before going to bed and slept with it on overnight.
The next morning I woke up with my skin feeling a lot smoother, it looked a lot less inflamed, even the blemishes I had looked less angry. My skin wasn't feeling tight anymore and it just generally looked more radiant. I was very pleasantly surprised.
What is also great about this, is the texture the cream sinks into the skin quickly and doesn't feel thick. Those of you with combination/oily skin that are looking for something to hydrate and soothe your skin this is one to check out, you are left with no residue but it still does a great job at moisturising.
I will admit I haven't been using this long, usually I like to test skincare products out for a good month or so before recommending them but this has made such a difference to my skin I had to share.
I have been applying it every couple of nights and my skin hasn't looked better. It is a product that can be added to the skincare savior list for sure.
